I am glad to answer any questions you may have about the counseling process before you make a first appointment. Unfortunately, due to time restrictions, I am not able to answer phone calls at this time.

I will respond within 24 hours, unless there is an unusual circumstance preventing me from doing so.

You will receive an email inviting you to your Client Portal. Through the client portal you will be able to fill out all paperwork online, secure message me, view your account, print insurance statements, and arrange future appointments. Once your paperwork is complete, all you will have to do for your first appointment is show up! We will meet on the Vsee app, and instructions on how to set that up will be sent in your welcome email.

I ask a lot of questions during the first session to get to know you, to understand the issues that bring you to counseling, and to clarity where we need to go with counseling. I will also give you some time to share whatever you would like me to know.
